1. Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged products.

আমরা পণ্য গ্রহণ ও পর্যালোচনা করার পর ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রসেস করব।
রিফান্ড মূল পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমেই প্রদান করা হবে।
৩. এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতি
কেবলমাত্র ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে।
